We are committed to providing a healthy, and safe working environment for our employees, management, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.  Our goal is to foster a culture within our organization were all our employees, partners, and subcontractors consider the Health, Safety, and Environmental Impacts of their tasks before they start. Our goal is to achieve an incident free workplace, we never want to see HSE sacrificed for any reason. Nothing is so important that it cannot be done safely.

 

All employees and subcontractors of Disruptive Energy must comply with safety requirements, performing their tasks in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Legislation, Disruptive Energy’s Safe Work Practices and Job Procedures.

It is the responsibility of supervisors to ensure that employee’s and subcontractors on their worksites are familiar with Disruptive Energy’s Safe Work Practices and Job Procedures and ensure they are being followed. Supervisors must also report and occurrences where Disruptive Energy’s procedures and policies were not followed to management.

Disruptive Energy’s management team regularly reviews and evaluate the performance of our HSE program to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, taking into account changing laws, regulations, technology and industry standards.
